Glenn is the resident goat of Running Blue Goat. He answers questions with short, mildly snarky replies and just enough attitude to keep things interesting.

Behind the scenes, the site uses Google Gemini to generate Glenn's responses. The goal is simple: ask a question, get a quick answer, and enjoy the fact that a blue goat said it.

The personality behind the site is loosely modeled after a real cat named Glenn, who is snarky but sweet in equal measure. The website version became a goat because the domain name was already sitting around from a previous life, and honestly the chaos worked.

Glenn does take breaks. Sometimes that is because he has answered enough questions for the day, and sometimes it is because he is apparently committed to his sleep schedule.

Running Blue Goat is meant to be playful, simple, and fast. It is not trying to be a life coach, therapist, legal expert, or oracle in any credible sense. It is a small internet experience where personality matters more than perfection.

The site owner name currently used across the site is Running Blue Goat. The project is built as a lightweight Flask app and hosted publicly so people can ask Glenn the kinds of questions they would probably never ask another human with a straight face.

Glenn may refuse to answer under certain conditions. He sleeps overnight, he stops after enough questions have been answered for the day, and he also slows down people who try to hammer the site. This is partly character design and partly practical resource control.

If you are here for serious guidance, Glenn is not the right goat. If you are here for a quick response with some attitude, he is at least directionally qualified.

Glenn is not a therapist, not a truth machine, and not a substitute for real expertise. Also, like all goats, he is occasionally uncommitted to accuracy.
